A legal practitioner, Yakubu Eleto, has decried the continued incarceration of Alhaji Saheed Mosadoluwa Ibile, the Chairman of Harmony Gardens Estate, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State by the Nigerian police without trial. Eleto, who faulted the detention of Ibile without presenting him before a court of competent jurisdiction for trial if he had committed any offence demanded his immediate release.
An advocacy group, Lawyers for Reform Group (LRG), on Monday called on President Bola Tinubu's administration to thoroughly investigate the activities of an alleged land-grabber in Lagos State, identified as Mr Urakat Audullahi, who also uses the name - Saheed Mosadoluwa, aka Ibile for alleged criminal activities.
