Police have investigating a shooting at sparks middle school. That and an Elementary School have been evacuated and taken to a near by high school. The call became in at 7 30 mt. That accident 95 northbound at maryland 22, we have just learned its cleared, it was blocking two right lanes. A new issue though, some emergency road work, that is going to be on northbound belair road at 695, the northbound ramp to the inner loop of the beltway is blocked for emergency road work. That detour is posted. Otherwise speeds on the beltway looking great. Same for 95 southbound between whitemarsh and the tunnel. West side of the beltway still smooth at exit 17 and theres 95 just south of maryland 22 where we had that earlier accident, everything running smoothly.
