The Air Force Civil Engineer Center s Energy Directorate won a 2020 Federal Energy Program Management Program Category Award for it s overall performance contract program results. The program team developed and awarded 25 energy savings performance contracts between 2016 - 2019, with an implementation value of $1 billion and guaranteed energy savings for more than 20 years.
