What you see around the radar is hotter than whats reaching the ground. So far this morning its been mainly light with pockets of mad rat to dry weather in the south bay. Heres whats going to happen. Storm impact scale. Exclusive from moderate to heavy rain. My highest concerns are stream creek flooding, hydroplaning and river flooding. Here is a look at whats going on on our roads. You see a lot of hot colors here, this is ground clutter so not heavy rain yet. It will pick up and in marin county, saf raphael, marin wood, youre seeing light steady rain. Same around oakland, from ma rind ah to wal net creek see see the rain more skarted from San Francisco down towards the peninsula where it is lighter into the south bay where you see spotty showers on street level radar. We are tracking a moist system. We have Atmospheric River here and it is heading in our direction. It is a moderate strength storm that arrives tomorrow, brief downpours with flooding with gusty winds with potential of trees and power lines going down. He knows the man who fired shots, heard him arguing with police before he sent bullets across the courtyard. He seemed like he was probably drunk since he refused to cooperate.
