El Dorado resident John Ralston, center, commends a group of El Dorado Water Utilities employees for their responsiveness to a recent call about a sinkhole on Ralston s property. An investigation led to the discovery of a damaged wastewater line. Ralston said he was so impressed with the team s assiduousness that he bought them lunch as they worked to repair the wastewater line a job that included a bore into the street and a part of Ralston s driveway. He and El Dorado City Council Member David Hurst recognized the EWU workers during an El Dorado Water and Public Works Board meeting on March 15.
