19th, 2011. good morning, everybody. thanks for joining us. i m betty nguyen. in eastern ohio this morning, dangerous wild animals are on the loose and authorities are trying to hunted them down. dozen of animals, including lions, tigers, bears and wolves escaped from a wildlife preserve in zanesville, late yesterday. area residents have been warned to stay indoors and at least four school districts have canceled classes. wild animals. wild animals that you would see on tv in africa. right now, we are shooting to kill. deputies equipped with night vision and armed with assault rifles hunted the animals through the night. at last word, more than half had been killed but there could be a dozen or more still on the loose. staffers from the columbus zoo are also on the scene hoping to tranquilize and capture the animals without killing them. there were grizzly bears and black bears there and there were cheetahs and there were lions and there were tigers. reporter: the a
