Apostle Johnson Suleman, the founder of Omega Fire Ministry, has dismissed reports that Mohammed Adamu, the inspector-general of police (IGP), ordered his probe for allegedly sleeping with Faith Edeko, his
female minister.

The spotlight had beamed on the apostle after Mike Davids, a former cleric at his church, alleged that he slept with Edeko, his wife.
Edeko currently heads the Abuja branch of Omega Fire Ministries in Utako.
In a petition, written by V.C Ezenagu & Associates, his counsel, Davids had also accused Suleman of threatening his life and denying him access to his three children.

Amid the dust generated by the alleged sex scandal, Adamu was said to have directed the probe of the minister.

The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has refuted reports that the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu ordered his probe for sleeping with a pastor’s wife, Faith Edeko.
Earlier on Monday, Punch published a report indicating that Mr. Adamu gave the order to probe Mr. Suleman in a letter addressed to the Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, Garki, dated January 5, 2021.
The cleric was also said to have posed a threat to the life of the pastor named Mike Davids and also denied him access to his three children.
The newspaper also quoted Mr. Davids as saying in an Instagram video that the preacher made advances to his wife some years back.
