BISMARCK Pro-marijuana activists say a bill recently passed in North Dakota has outlawed the sale of some previously allowed cannabis-related products found in convenience stores and smoke shops around the state. Officials dispute the claim and say the new law only goes after vendors who are exploiting a legal loophole by selling powerful and unregulated pot-like substances.
