STA. Lucia is also moving from the Philippine Super Liga to the Premier Volleyball League.
The Lady Realtors announced on Tuesday that they will be part of the PVL Open Conference tentatively set on May 8 under a bubble format at the Inspire Sports Academy in Calamba, Laguna.
Sta. Lucia made the announcement hours after PVL president Ricky Palou confirmed that the Chery Tiggo Crossovers expressed their desire to play in their league.

Rumors surfaced in January that the Lady Realtors were talks with the PVL but the club said it remained committed to the PSL, even fielding two teams in the Beach Volleyball Challenge Cup last week in Subic.

Aiza Maizo-Pontillas becomes the latest addition to the Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors, the team announced Friday, March 5.
“The instruction from Sta. Lucia’s team owner is clear: Get someone who can score at will. And who fits that description to a T? none other than one of Philippine volleyball’s queens, Aiza Maizo-Pontillas!” the team’s social media post read.
“Your leadership, skills and character will be a boost to our 2021 campaigns. LET’S GET IT!!!”
The 32-year-old opposite spiker and former University of Santo Tomas standout has played for several teams that include Petron since 2016.
She was also part of the national team that won bronze in the first leg of the 2019 ASEAN Grand Prix in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.

Philippine Volleyball Federation Inc.’s National Team Commission head Tony Liao is recommending veteran coaches Dante Alinsunurin and Ramil De Jesus to handle the men’s and women’s national teams.
Liao said this agenda would be discussed during the commission’s meeting next week, where they will also lay down guidelines for the selection process of national team members.
“It will all depend now if both coaches accept the nomination,” Liao said.
Alinsunurin was coach of the PH men’s squad that won the historic silver medal at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games while De Jesus has established a winning tradition both in the UAAP and Philippine Superliga.

The Kapuso celebrity and the Motolite libero got engaged just November last year after three years of being in a relationship.
