The new plan for shutoffs will now affect 150,000 pg e customers and 18 counties across the state. That includes almost 43,000 customers in napa, solano and lake counties along with part of Sonoma County. And those shutoffs are due to begin at 7 00 this morning. However pg e says later this afternoon Sonoma County will have a second phase of power safety shutoffs beginning at 4 pm. The collision happened shortly after 10 00 last night at the intersection of alan rock and jackson avenue.
