According to sources within the DDA, it has spent Rs 15,000 crore on flats and infrastructure in Narela. Apart from this, it still bleeds money maintaining their depreciating inventory year after year.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has given the green light to the Festival Special Housing Scheme, 2023, making over 32,000 flats available for sale in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela. The scheme includes luxury flats, middle-income group flats, and flats for economically weaker sections. Interested buyers can reserve a flat by paying the booking amount, and there is no restriction on owning multiple properties.
