Eine deutsche Außenpolitik der Nichteinmischung, des Dialogs und der Abrüstung gegenüber dem beobachtbaren Irrsinn von Militärmanövern und Plänen eines nuklearen oder konventionellen Erstschlages ist längst fällig und würde von der gesamten europäischen Bevölkerung unterstützt: Es wäre die ersehnte Rückkehr zu einer vernünftigen außenpolitische Normalität, wobei der gesunde Menschenverstand nicht länger überrumpelt werden darf.
