The European Union is introducing Export Controls on Coronavirus Vaccines produced in europe. The move will force Pharmaceutical Companies to get permission before supplying doses outside the bloc. It comes amid a Supply Dispute between the eu and two major Vaccine Suppliers, astrazeneca and pfizer. The European Commission says Export Controls are necessary to ensure that all eu citizens had access to vaccines. Nick beake reports from brussels.
