Four people shot dead after argument over stimulus check, officials say By: CNN By Rebekah Riess and Christina Maxouris, CNN     (CNN) An Indianapolis man has been arrested in a quadruple homicide that followed an alleged argument over a stimulus check, according to a probable cause affidavit. Officers were dispatched after a report of a person shot on Saturday night, according to a news release from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Police found a woman who had injuries consistent with a gunshot wound, the release said. The woman, who was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, told officers there were more victims, the affidavit states.

Man injured in Elkhart County crash By: Maura Johnson ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – One person was injured in a crash Wednesday morning on C.R. 38 and C.R. 19, the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office reported. At 7:46 a.m., deputies responded to the area of C.R. 38 and C.R. 19 for a crash. A Ford Fusion was traveling north on C.R. 19, south of C.R. 38, when the driver failed to yield the right of way for a Ford Ecoline traveling west on C.R. 38, east of C.R. 19, reports said. The Fusion’s front bumper hit the driver side door of the Ecoline, causing both vehicles to fall off the roadway and into a ditch, deputies said.
