At its meeting Tuesday, the Yankton County Commission is expected to discuss a Knox Box Resolution that would allow emergency responders quick access to gates communities or locked apartment buildings.
After a discussion in regard to keeping track of projects not on its road plan, the Yankton County Commission approved the newest five-year road plan at its meeting Tuesday.
