Live, from the cbs bay area studios, this is kpix5 news. Golden gate bridge workers threw up their hands in celebration tonight as the final piece of the new movement median was wedged into place. Workers completed the heavy lifting but Christian Hartnett says there is more work to do tonight. He is live at the bridge. Reporter thats right. The work began early and the spectacle drew quite a crowd. This is great. This is exciting. No cars, this is quiet. It is a once in a lifetime experience.
