The indictment contains 34 counts, including sex trafficking, third-degree promoting prostitution, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal solicitation and conspiracy to commit murder, first-degree falsifying business records, second-degree forgery and enterprise corruption, all felonies.
