An apparent split between the city of Fargo’s leadership has materialized, with some saying the city's decreased savings fund is cause to worry, while others believe there is no need for concern.
“If our end point is we’re searching for an ordinance, would we consider just asking for the answer rather than spending ($40,000) dollars?” Mayor Tim Mahoney asked.
