He says she was asleep for most of the ride but when she woke up, she attacked him from the backseat..choking and scratching him..even bit his neck! She was allegedly drunk during the incident. Michael doesn t know what triggered her to wake up so violent..and Michele doesn t remember attacking her driver at all! The arrest affidavit reads that Stilwell did intentionally or knowingly touch to strike the victim, against the will of the victim, thereby causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement to the victim.
