Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward of $2,500 to anyone who offers information that leads to an arrest for a deadly shooting in North Portland earlier this month.
The organization offered the reward after the death of 53-year-old Kelley Marie Smith, who was shot Dec. 17 soon after she finished making a delivery for Uber Eats in the Eliot neighborhood.
Smith was in her car with husband Raymond Smith near North Vancouver Avenue and North Stanton Street when someone stopped them and asked them for a ride. That’s when shots rang out, Raymond Smith told KOIN News.
