Consider in todays hearing, and im just curious why you believe that what the board that the board should limit their inquiry today to simply what the statute that governs the california tax code why you believe that we are limited to that question solely versus some of the due process claims that have come up here . And i guess specifically is there anything in the state statute which entrusts the board of supervisors with the power to rescind these tax sales with sort of a limited role in what it can consider.
