Shut off just about 15 minutes ago but you can see the hole in the ground here and from what we have been hearing the water was spraying into the air a good two stories from the air. We saw a picture from the Water Department spokesperson that says this was quite serious initially. You can see the water is turned off. It was turned off about 15 minutes ago there is now a hole in the street. Were on the 3400 block here in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood where i have been told i have just been talking with the Water Department and the water on this block has been turned off. Youre seeing video. A little bit of a Better Vantage Point of what is going on from above and the only real effect at this point is the water is turned off on this block.
