Hoping to have a conversation about the future of our movement. As i said at the beginning, we have been an incredible initiative, an incredible movement, an Incredible Community of people for 15 years now. We have achieved a tremendous amount. And one of the things that i think im hearing as i go around and talk to people is gosh, weve achieved all of this and got this incredible momentum and these resources and were perhaps positioned in way today that we have never been positioned before to take advantage of the opportunities that are out there, the hard challenges in front of us, and the imperative to bring more people into our movement to make it the thing we want it to be. And how do we go about doing this . What gets us moving in the same direction together or at least sets out a direction in which we can all bring our unique resources, capacity, and skills in the contexts and cultures in which we work wom . What is the next mountain we want to climb . Its not that were done yet
