NEW DELHI: Nifty Pharma index was trading with gains at 02:01PM (IST) on Friday. Shares of Cadila Healthcare (up 7.45 per cent), Cipla (up 4.39 per cent), Aurobindo Pharma (up 3.96 per cent), Lupin (up 2.56 per cent) and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (up 2.42 per cent) were among the top gainers. The Nifty Pharma index was trading 2.33 per cent up at 12906.15 around 02:01PM. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down -75.95 points at 14797.85, while the BSE Sensex was down -242.59 points at 49503.62. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 15 were trading in the green, while 35 were in the red. Shares of PNB, Vodafone Idea, Tata Motors, IDFC First Bank and SAIL were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
NEW DELHI: Nifty Metal index was trading with gains at 02:37PM (IST) on Thursday. Shares of JSW Steel (up 9.26 per cent), Jindal Steel & Power (up 6.43 per cent), Steel Authority of India (up 5.23 per cent), Tata Steel (up 4.76 per cent) and Hindalco Industries (up 3.46 per cent) were among the top gainers. While Adani Enterprises (down 0.3 per cent) was the sole loser in the index. The Nifty Metal index was trading 3.81 per cent up at 4490.25 around 02:37PM. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 48.05 points at 14867.1, while the BSE Sensex was up 62.29 points at 49724.05. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 33 were trading in the green, while 17 were in the red.
