His lawyer says cannon never tried to hide his identity he went to vote with his wife because he did not think it was illegal at that time. We spoke with a local attorney not connected with this case to get his take how things went cannon pled guilty to i aclass one misdemeanor and gave him one day in jail to run with his sentence.
