I am told this was planned before the city served the subpoena that was delivered to the Millennium Tower offices below us about a couple of hours ago. The City Attorneys Office plans to investigate whether the developers broke any type of state law when it comes to disclosing the sinking issues to purchasers of more than 400 residential units going for as much as 3 million. Since the opening in 2009 the 58 story tower has sunk a foot and a half and leans two inches. In the release, it says the demands he said i have serious concerns that the disclosures required by state law did not contain information about the settling of this property.
