there it is expected to explode into an intense, powerful category 4 storm. then ian will likely weaken a bit before charging ashore somewhere along florida s gulf coast. florida s governor saying the storm s massive size means the entire state, the whole state wail be impacted. and he has activated the florida national guard. cnn meteorologist tom seder has been tracking all this in the weather center. what is the latest? well, it continues to look a little disorganized, really. it is a tropical storm. it s not moving very quickly, alex. only at 12 miles per hour, but it s getting ready to enter some of the warmest water in the entire atlantic. higher elevations, winds are light, so once it starts to feed on those warm waters, all cylinders are going to be firing up. now, the last few frames of this animation if you look near the center here, so deep convection is starting to occur. this could be the beginning. we ve been watching this since last thursday off the coast of
artemis mission was postponed. basically there was an engine malfunction. artemis one is the first in a series of missions that would return humans to the moon for the first time since 1972. the launch team discovered a bleed in one of the rocket s four engines. cnn s space correspondent joins us. explain more of what happened and then what happens next. reporter: yeah, so, victor, essentially we all thought that this was an engine issue. what we learned during the press conference, the first post-scrub press conference that just wrapped up, is that nasa officials believe it s not so much an engine issue. the primary culprit was an issue with the cooling system that cools that particular engine, engine number three. they ve got to get that engine to the right temperature before liftoff because sthey don t wan the liquid hydrogen and oxygen to shock the system. it seems to be that is where the biggest problem was. they are troubleshooting now. another problem we learned ab
