CONCORD, NH A Hopkinton man pleaded guilty to wrongful voting charges from 2020, during the New Hampshire first-in-the-nation primary, according to New Hampshire Attorney General s Office. Ole Oisin, 47, of Hopkinton pleaded guilty to two wrongful voting charges in Concord District Court on Tuesday. According to testimony and investigatory documents, Oisin filed a voter registration with false information specifically that he was born in Senegal, Nation of Islam, in 1984, when he was born in Ireland. He also did not provide information that he was a naturalized citizen. On the second charge, Oisin submitted a domicile affidavit containing false material a birthdate of 2001 and that he was born in Senegal.

(AP) A former high school teacher has been accused of soliciting sexual activity from a minor in exchange for money and manufacturing and possessing child sexual abuse images, police in Concord said. Joshua Harwood, 36, of Manchester, taught business at Concord High School. He was arrested Thursday and was being held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections for a hearing Friday. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer, and a number couldn’t be found for him. Harwood, who was hired in July, is no longer employed by the district, interim Superintendent Kathleen Murphy said in a letter to district families.

He has also been charged with two counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images, and possession of child sexual abuse images.
