let s speak to michelle in new york who is following this for us. it s a really complicated story but we re getting to a point where we may hear some testimony from the key players. this is a big moment for dominion in this case. thejudge, eric davies, has said that if this company wants to subpoena rupert murdoch and his son lachlan murdoch to come testify, that he won t stop them, saying their testimony is relevant. if you look back so far at this case, rupert murdoch gave a deposition already and that was pretty damning so if that s anything to go by, then the murdoch or news corp has something to be worried about. we will find out more when this trial gets under way in a week s time but
