What the sheriff is telling us within the last half hour is that he shot and killed four people including two people at the beginning of this rampage on bobcat lane called rancho tehama reserve. The woman who was killed in the beginning of this rampage is the same woman he attacked allegedly back in january. After attacking these two people , he began driving through the rancho tehama neighborhood killing and shooting other people. He did end up at the school, rancho tehama Elementary School and shooting at random where he got out of his car and began opening fire. This far. 20 years ago there was one that made it all the way to bear valley and they stopped it there but these winds are totally different this year and theres a lot of fuel. This fire started sunday afternoon. There are now 700 firefighters on the front lines, including a strike team from San Francisco. So far the flames have destroyed one structure and damaged a second.
