today. we begin with blockbuster revelation the justice department. in a court filing last night prosecutors say classified documents were, quote, likely concealed and removed from a storage room at donald trump s mar-a-lago estate. the filing making it abundantly clear the justice department is focused on efforts by trump and those around him to obstruct their investigation. the document also includes this photo, and you can see in it several folders there seized by the fbi. they are clearly marked top secret and secret. it is important to note these photos from the fbi represent their evidence that they were documenting as they do on a regular basis. this is not to show how they were discovered. prosecutors are asking a federal judge to deny the former president s request to have a special master appointed. trump s legal team has until tonight to respond to all of this. let s begin with cnn s evan perez live in washington with more on these new allegations and there is a lo
