Officers went in and when they went in, they had no way of knowing the suspect was not hole. And that is when tragedy struck. Listen to this. During the search here at the apartments, one of the bart officers was shot and it appears that he was shot accidently by one of the other bart officers on the scene. So at this point, there is no outstanding suspect. Reporter again, Sergeant Nelson says the officer shot and killed had 20 Years Experience with bart, and the officer who shot him, ten years on the force.
