The Memon Goth Police have arrested four persons on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl and filming her after the girl, H s father approached the police and got an FIR registered in connection with the matter.
The FIR has been registered under Sections 376 (II), 34 and 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 on behalf of H s father. The Anti-Violent Crime Cell has been assigned the investigation of the case.
According to Memon Goth SHO Khalid Abbasi, the four persons nominated in the FIR, namely Adeel, Muzammil, Subhan and Ariz, are also teenagers, between the ages of 14 and 15.
Opposition leader in Sindh Assembly, Haleem Adil Shaikh, claimed that a deadly snake was found in his cell at the Special Investigation Unit's Saddar Centre, where he was detained following his arrest over charges of interfering in the election process in Malir's PS-88.

Following an anti-encroachment drive in Malir on Saturday, two FIRs pertaining to the matter were registered against opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Shaikh and a complaint challenging the demolition operation was lodged at different police stations.
On Sunday, the Memon Goth Police registered an FIR against opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh and around 60 to 70 more persons, primarily booking them for attempting to impede the operation.
