Members of the Golden K Kiwanis Club gave the Organization of Literacy in Lambton an early holiday boost on Nov. 24, continuing their enduring relationship by giving the non-for-profit a $3,500 donation to help support their Train the Brain program.
The money donated to the OLL was raised by Kiwanians volunteering through the Jackpot City Sarnia Bingo program, which is run through the Ontario Charitable Gaming Association and allows a portion of the money raised at Jackpot City to be donated to charities and non-profits that volunteer at the facility.
