Breaks news out of lake county where the last hour the governor has declared a state of emergency because of a Massive Wildfire thats burning out of control. Heres the latest on whats being called the valley fire. The fastmoving fire quickly exploded in size to over 60,000 acres after breaking out yesterday afternoon. Several structures have gone up in flames. Hundreds more are threatened. Hundreds, if not thousands, of residents have been forced to evacuate. Many running as the fire came down the hill towards their homes. In the last hour the governor has declared a state of emergency for lake and napa counties.
