The troops will be driving 16 tanks each filled with two thousand gallons of water to the town of high ridge. Thats just southwest of st. Louis. Floodwaters took out the towns Water Treatment plant. High ridge goes million gallons of water a day with a working treatment plant. Troops know how important clean water is for the 65 hundred people in need. With the flooding a lot of folks are out of their homes, that takes off their food supply , theyre not able to cook, their not able to bathe, and water is an essential thing to life.
