Tickets are available at kinchasetheace.com where there is a drop-down menu containing all participating kin clubs.
“Our Melfort Kinsmen and Kinettes have a drop-down spot there so if you select that it will then direct you on how to purchase tickets,” Erickson said.
Tickets are $10 each, 10 for $20, or 50 for $50 and will be sent via email. Anyone in the province is eligible to buy tickets and has the option to support their local participating kin club.
A Chase the Ace draw has been hosted in Melfort in previous years but with the current public health restrictions in place, the in-person event hasn’t been possible for the committee since last March.

A member of the Melfort Kinsmen Club is sharing his unique and personal reflections on Telemiracle 45 and the success of the telethon.
Rodney White was on the main stage phones for the finale of the broadcast on phone number one, which he found to be a great honour.
“That phone rings all of the time, so when I was on the stage for the final set of 40 minutes, it was non-stop,” White said. “It goes to show the support of Telemiracle 45.”
Another highlight from the weekend was being on the receiving end of a very special pledge earlier on Sunday.
Royal LePage Hodgins Realty got into the giving spirit leading up to Christmas.
The Real Estate company in Melfort provided over $4000 to charities and organizations in the area in their 12 days of Christmas giveaway.
Agent and partner Joline Ozeroff said they were also able to do some random acts of kindness for the RCMP, paramedics, and fire department.
“Coming to the end of the year, we were happy with the success we had and we wanted to share that with as many organizations as we could,” Ozeroff said. “We wanted to say thank you to different people and especially those who put themselves at risk through all of this.”
