My daughter looked at me and yelled and said there little girl in the pool not moving reporter residents raced to help. She was laying right here, she had foam coming from her mouth. I just started cpr on her immediately. Reporter she was pronounced dead at the hospital. I feel bad, for the mom and for the kids. And the little one, she was so devastated. Police are saying they arent releasing many details because the victim is a child. This is a park that is constantly packed with kids and family. One woman who was in the park yesterday said investigators spent a lot of time near the bathroom area. Today those who frequent the park were upset to hear what had happened. Very concerning.
