it as early as 2011. also here to weigh in is chris wallace. how big a deal is this? it s a big deal. i will tell you, it s a big deal among other reasons because it crosses party lines we saw rough editorials, not only the wall street journal but in the generally liberal washington post. remember during watergate, one of the great concerns that president nixon had used the irs for political purposes. this crosses party lines, all sides are afraid of the idea and certainly no indication at this point that the white house was involved in this, but the idea that the irs is using police powers for political purposes. clayton: you better watch yourself with tough questions on fox news sunday. you may end up being audited as a result of it. you have to watch yourself? let me say that is why i
