The Affordable Care act, aca has noted in a july 4, 2012 Congress Shall Budget Office report cut 716 billion from medicare, including 308 billion from Medicare Advantage of load. In april of 2010, the medicare act projected that these payment cuts would result in an enrollment decrease in the program in as much as 50 .
