for a look at some other issues on the ballot, i m joined by josh altick, project director for the ballot measures project. take me through some of the big ones. i have been following the medicade expansion one. tell me about that. yeah. that s an interesting trend this year. it actually started in 2017. before 2017 we hadn t seen a single citizen initiative designed to expand medicade coverage even though that was available to the states for a long time. very interesting trend. now there are five states voting on even measures to expand medicade or to give some sort of funding for the state s portion which is increasing. dana: that has also become a national issue as welsh because that is a national funded program. federal taxpayers pay into that. you re in denver. everyone knows i have spent a lot of my youth there. went to college in pueblo. marijuana legalization happened. that is on the ballot in many states. tell me about that. yeah. the interesting thing for me in
