The flooding. Cars were damaged. We were just told that at least a halfdozen homes were flooded as well. We went inside one such home and talked with an elderly couple. They showed us 34 feet of water sitting in their basement. It is unclear what caused the water line to rupture enablers neighbors are telling us it is happened before 2 other times. There was a tremendous amount of water flowing down the hill. We had over 3 feet of water on our street flowing like a river. We called 911 3 times and it took them 30 minutes to arrive. People on that side, their basements get flooded every time. This is the 3rd time they have been flooded. Couldve been corrosion or land movement. We dont know in the pipe started leaking.
