The New York Attorney General’s Office has requested Saratoga Springs provide all documentation regarding a pair of citations issued last month against Saratoga Black Lives Matter co-founder Lexis Figuereo following a pair of demonstrations he participated in last month.

At a press conference on the steps of Saratoga Springs City Hall Thursday, Saratoga BLM said it was looking into filing a class action lawsuit against the city of Saratoga Springs, as well as determining whether it can file charges against former officials and calling for an overhaul of the police department.
