Saratoga Black Lives Matter leader Lexis Figuereo confirmed Wednesday evening that he was assessed a second violation this month because a demonstration declaration was never submitted for a gathering downtown this past weekend.
At a press conference on the steps of Saratoga Springs City Hall Thursday, Saratoga BLM said it was looking into filing a class action lawsuit against the city of Saratoga Springs, as well as determining whether it can file charges against former officials and calling for an overhaul of the police department.
