Photo courtesy of David Pileski   Updated 5/11/2021 7:00 PM After being sworn in as Roselle s new mayor on Monday, David Pileski said he wants to guide the village through the COVID-19 pandemic and build for the community s future. The 29-year-old former village trustee won a three-way race to replace departing Mayor Andy Maglio, who decided not to seek reelection after one term. Maglio also served on the planning and zoning commission for 24 years and as a trustee for eight years.

Courtesy the village of Roselle   Updated 1/12/2021 9:44 PM The Roselle Village Board has approved the Metro 19 Apartment complex, becoming the biggest development in village history. The $80 million, 5-acre complex was approved unanimously Monday. It will be adjacent to the Roselle Metra Station and include a five-story, 293-unit apartment building with a parking garage that would be used by residents and Metra commuters.
