MasterChef stars coming to Foodies Festival at Preston Park, Brighton

Tom Rhodes, who recently championed on the BBC s MasterChef Tom Rhodes, recently crowned champion of the BBC’s MasterChef 2021 series, will be joining the star-studded line-up, cooking live for an audience for the first time since appearing on the hit show. He said: “I’m a huge fan of Foodies Festival, so I’m over the moon that it’s back this year. “As well as all the amazing food, drinks and live music, I’ll be there and can’t wait to share my favourite recipes and quick kitchen tricks. “The Foodies Festival really feels like the perfect way to kick back and celebrate this summer and I’m excited to see you all there.”

Foodies Festival 2021 in Winchester – tickets, lineup, info

Foodies Festival will feature Bake Off champions and chart-topping musicians, including Scouting for Girls. For the third year running, the event will also be in aid of Musicians Against Homelessness (MAH), with tickets raising money for UK-wide homelessness charity Crisis. Festival director Sue Hitchen said: “I am so pleased to bring Foodies Festival to the beautiful city of Winchester, which has such a popular food market and a great local Foodie scene. We will be celebrating Hampshire s local produce and giving top chefs from local restaurants an opportunity to cook live in the Chefs Theatre. “As we re outdoors and in local parks we are able to plan Covid safe festivals, and our experienced Health and Safety team are working closely with local councils across the country to make sure we take all appropriate measures and follow government guidelines to keep everyone safe.
