What sort of a diet does Varun follow?
Varun is a stickler for perfection when it comes to diet or, for that matter, anything else. He likes to eat a pretty well-balanced diet as he does intense training regularly. Due to this, he likes to have a lot of good carbs like oats/ brown rice and veggies. He gets his protein in the form of salmon and chicken. He also supplements his diet with isolate whey and BCAA between his workouts, glutamine vitamins, antioxidants, and ZAMA at night.

5 short yet effective home workouts
1. Circuit Training
“I believe that short freehand workouts work best. I suggest 20 reps each of push-ups, crunches, jump squats and burpees. Repeating these exercises 3 or 4 times should do the trick for a quick, overall, feel-good body pump and to keep your stamina and muscle tone in check. Additionally, these exercises will help keep your body looking and feeling good!” says Actor Prateik Babar.
