The officer was arrested tuesday after the release of a dramatic video showing the incident. A warning, some viewers may find the graphic images disturbing to watch. The video shows officer Michael Slager firing eight times at walter scott as he runs away. Slager has served with the North Charleston police for five years. He was charged tuesday with murder and denied bond at a hearing. If convicted, slager could face life in prison. Activists plan to protest today. Omar villafranca reports.
