You can see the fog around the bay. This is all valley fog thats just kind of swirling around the valley locations, petaluma now down to a mile, napa. 4. Fairfield its socked in at. 4 mile visibility and Sacramento Valley fog. You can see it from our satellite and radar. This usually gives us a view of the cloud coverage but right now its really showing us the fog. Its widespread throughout the bay area. No one is getting a break now. Heres a look at the wind speeds. We are getting winds from the east in oakland and hayward so thats blowing some of the valley fog over to us. Then there is a north wind at half moon bay. Its very calm just three miles an hour so thats not enough to push the fog out. When you see light winds and fog, thats why its lingering and it will stay through about 11 a. M.
