Mr. Defazio well, that is not the jurisdiction of our committee, and that is something the Republican Leadership is promising to deliver, which is funding at the baseline level. At the end of six years, that is what we get stuck with for six years. The system will be more deteriorated than it is today. So i am hopeful that sometime along the way, either in some yearend giant budget deal or next year or with a more enlightened congress and a new president two years from now, we will get needed additional investment in our Service Transportation infrastructure. And i have a provision in the bill that says if additional funds become available into the trust fund, they will be spent with no further a do or action by congress. The appropriators cant touch it. And it doesnt have to go through the authorization
